Research:
Sara's PhD thesis is on the design, assembly, and science of MUSTANG-2, a 90 GHz camera in operation on the Green Bank Telescope. She primarily uses MUSTANG-2 to study distant galaxy clusters in order to better understand the astrophysics within these clusters and their utility in determining cosmological parameters. In addition, Sara has a strong interest in sharing her passion for science with the community and is actively involved in public outreach.
